Never Talk Politics is a youth magazine style current affairs radio program presenting a wide range of national and international political issues. Never Talk Politics seeks to present the biggest issue of the week in a way that will connect with young people and demonstrate the IMPACT that issue could have on them.. The program is produced and recorded at 2MCE, Bathurst for broadcast nationally on the Community Radio Network (CRN). CRN is the satellite distribution service for the CBAA (Community Broadcasting Association of Australia). This week's show (podcast) looks at Binge Drinking, and what is being done about this major issue. We talk to member for Bathurst, Gerard Martin to talk about the recent Liquor Accord being put in place for the upcoming Bathurst 1000 race week, some local people in Bathurst about what they think needs to be done about binge drinking, Secretary/Manager Eddie Wheeler from the NRMA ACT Road Safety Trust to talk about a recent study about alcohol consumption and driving, and copywriter from Clemenger BBDO Sydney, Chris Pearce.
